PMa was honored to receive two awards from the Vermont Green Building Network at their annual gala in January. The Norwich Residence was given Vermont's Greenest Residential Building Award for 2014, as well as the Net Zero Award. The statewide competition recognizes residential and commercial buildings that meet the highest standard of demonstrated building energy performance. The Norwich residence achieved a normalized Energy Use Intensity (EUI) of 12.41 kBtu/sf/yr. The Vermont Green Building Network (VGBN) is a chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. Thank you VGBN!
